:( How to handle this, please ?

there's a girl. i adore here. we're both 16, bisexual girls. i freakin' love her. she's with this guy. she told me she's in love with me but she 'has' to be with him. even though he's a terrible kisser and just likes to smoke and to do dirty shiz (says she). what do i do? she still ogles my body openly. she still like to kiss my hand/cheek, hold my hand, rest her head on me. i can't handle it. i want her. should i be more persistent?
