What are so many Indian men doing in Phuket and Pattaya?

I think that the Indian girls are among the most beautiful in the world. Look at the Indian men!!! How they ogle at the Thai women!!! How they visit Phuket and Pattaya and other places to look out for hookers. Don't they ever even ask Indian girls out? Can anyone explain?
