Are any other non-Muslim men offended by Burqa-wearing-women who assume all men would ogle them uncovered?

It's just plain rude. Thank God the French have made a step in the right direction to ban it. The law comes into effect tomorrow. Hopefully the rest of the world will follow and we can put an end to this backward lunacy.
