Are these behaviours of my parents normal? Someone tell me what is going on?

If these things are all true then I would say move out. I say that because I assume you are old enough to do so since you went out for a drink with your brother. Did you tell anyone about your brother? Could also try talking to your mother and see what she says in response. Best advice, trust your gut instict and go with that.
