Girlfriend talks about movie/sport stars in front of me, Seriously annoyed, previous insecurity?

We're 18. My girlfriend talks about movie stars/sports stars to her friends and sometimes to me when we discuss movies or sports. She says so and so looks good, he looks hot, he's handsome. She calls me hot/sexy/handsome too, but it's never the way she does for these guys. She knows the last girl I liked, rejected me because "I didn't look hot enough". So I lost loads of weight, got abs, and still have a restricted diet. Whenever I tell her about changing, she says she'll kill me if I change a hair on my head, Bold statement, but she still ogles over these guys, a lot more enthusiastically then she does for me. I mean, I need to feel like I'm desired too. She says guys shouldn't ogle, but for girls it's OK. I mean What the ****? We're a fine couple but this is just annoying and she notices because whenever it happens I get very quiet and I just stop talking. Do all girls have this stereotype? I feel crappy everytime she does it. I don't want to whine, but it's annoying as hell. When she says it, I go do hundreds of pushups/crunches and run so I could look "more like them", and I feel crappy because of it. What do I do?
