Is it a violation if your brother ogles you?

He is an adult, married and has a child. Having gone for a drink with him, after a few, he ended up staring wide eyed at my chest for a few seconds. I didn't say anything as it would be thrown in my face probably. I have also been molested by another brother as a child (the other brother is 4 years older). My father has seen my internet history as an adult and makes innuendos, and suggestiveness sometimes and has also been known to stare at my breasts, or spin around on his chair creaking his neck to see me in a dress, or stare seemingly at my bottom. My mother has on ocassion pandered to that side of him, by being suggestive too. Apart from this, he will openly stare at my Moms chest in my presence and that kind of thing and it makes me feel sick and violated. Anyway, should I cut contact with them? Not a troll by the way.
