Is this sexual harassment?

I'm talking about a job where employees are required to change into uniforms at work. Should the employer provide separate changing rooms for the lesbian employees to stop them from silently ogling the straight and making them uncomfortable when they undress. Should the straight continue to suffer silently or can they sue for sexual harassment.
