Ladies with big breasts please help?

Ok, so I have 38 D size breasts, I'm 16 and I am only 4'11. My back and sternum have been hurting like crazy of late because of the weight. Is there a good bra out there I could buy to reduce the strain on my back and chest? I am seriously considering breast reduction surgery for this because I already had a bad back and these THINGS are making it worse. Besides...I'm sick of old pervy men ogling.
