What would you do if your husband tells you "I was never in love with you..."?

i am married for two years with him. we were a couple for five years before that. i have a daughter with him and now i am five months pregnant. i am a little bit insecure, as pregnant women usually are. i also noticed him ogling with our daughter's nanny's breast thrice, she was not wearing a bra, when she bent to carry our 23 months old baby and we had no sex for five months now. i am insecure and asked him if he loves me. and he told me that he was never in love with me, it was all about sex. i was stunned and cried myself to sleep. i wish i didn't ask, but i did... what am i going to do next? there is no divorce in my country and i can't afford to live separately yet, not while i am pregnant.
