Why do straight guys get terrified and disgusted when a gay makes advances on them?

There are many reasons why some straight guys might get terrified when a gay guy flirts with them or makes advances on them. Some may be insecure. Some may be immature. Some may be raised in such a way that they need to try and act masculine at all times.
