Why dont girls like me?

I thinks its important to recognize ones strengths and weaknesses, I know I'm no Tom Cruise, but I don't think that I'm ugly. It's not like I'm fat or too short. I'm clean and punctual, not a genius but a little above average. Try really hard to be gentlemanly and respectful. Unlike many other guys in my community I try to give women dignity and listen to young and old. I'm financially responsible and try to be empathetic. I don't do drugs or smoke. I don't ogle women and have really close and true friendships with guys and married couples. People say I'm very trustworthy. Don't flirt. Blah blah blah..... Then, what the heck!! Why do girls turn me down? Why can't I find a girl who would want to be with a guy who just wants to make her happy and be a good mate!? Do I try too hard? Do I have to be an ***? (the do get the chics)
